With his black horse-drawn carriage, wild hair, bewitched fingers and swooning fans, the first international superstar violinist Niccolò Paganini was the early 19th century version of a modern rock god. The international line-up of musicians at the Naantali Music Festival, including Inmo Yang, winner of the Jean Sibelius Violin Competition and the Paganini Competition, will be performing some of the best works by the Italian composer, whose technical challenges make musicians tremble with fear even to this day.
